Places That Are At The End of Indonesia, Sabang

          There are a lot of beautiful places in every part of Indonesia. From Sabang(Weh Island) northern tip of Sumatera until Merauke in Papua. Many people want to go to Sabang or Merauke because they have beautiful beach and sea, also every place in there so maintained from litter or something like that. But, i want to tell you about my experiences about my holiday in Sabang.

               When i was 13 years old, i got the best trip to Sabang with my family before we get move to Padang and we have so much fun. At that time i stayed in Medan, so we’re not so far like we have to choose plane to reach  Aceh. But, if you from another country or island maybe you should choose plane to go there. My family choose to ride a bus, and the station isn’t far from my house. The station name is “Pelangi Station”, there are so many destination from Aceh, Padang, Palembang, etc. The cost around Rp 285.000,- now, i’m forget the cost in 2011. We have 12 hours from 7 P.M till 7 A.M, you can see the rice fields are still foggy in the early morning. When you arrive at station in Aceh(i’m forget the name of that station), try to eat before continue the trip.

               On the way, you will see a lot of people use hijab to protect their hair. Because, if you’re not use hijab you will be ticketed. And you can see “Mesjid Raya Baiturrahman”, the mosque that save people from Tsunami in 26th December 2004. The mosque so holy, if you want to get into the mosque, you have to use hijab no matter what. Don’t forget to looking for “Aceh Tsunami Museum”. In that museum, you can see all of material when tsunami attacking Aceh. After that, we’re continue to the next place to the port, we used Ferry to cross the sea from Ulee Lheu to Sabang. The cost around Rp 18.500,- for adult, for children it’s Rp 11.500,- when we’re in 2011, now the price is around Rp 55.000,- for adults, for children they’re not mention the price. We swayed for about 3 hours in the ocean.

                 After 3 hours, we have arrived at Sabang. You will see the water so blue and beautiful until you want to stay for a long time. We search an accomodation from the port to the inn. And then, we got a car to reach the inn. We choose a peacefully inn at the tip of sabang, and far from the town, the name of the inn is “Casa Nemo Resort & Spa”. I don't know about the price, because my daddy just paid it without show us the price.

     And the business never betray results, the place so worth it and i officially recommend it to you because of the cleanliness, neatness, beauty and peacefulness is guaranteed. Because it was too peaceful, foreigners who are in the pension will feel very disturbed if there is shouting or loud noises. They will get mad and will get shouting on you, so be careful. The inn is like a house, each room separately like this picture. So, you can enjoy your holiday without any people disturbed you in the next room. It’s so  beautiful right? You can do snorkling, swim, and don’t forget to take so many pictures for memorize your holiday.

          You can go to “Kilometer Nol” Sabang, in this place you will see high seas. There is a monument “Kilometer Nol”, and also a very beautiful view is directly visible offshore and spacious. We’re using a motorcycle to go this place, not with car. Because we didn’t find a rent car.

                 After we having fun with some activities, we’re back to Aceh with ferry again. My daddy just got an accident and we have to back to Medan to heal and operated him. Because his injuries seems serious. Finally, we get back to Medan use plane because my daddy can’t walking and fortunately we got a naval forces to help us from my daddy got an accident, snorkling in the sea, and kindly to bring us to the airport with safe. I'm so sorry for the wrong date, it takes in 2011 not 2008.

            And thanks to my parents to make our holiday so perfect, my little sister in heaven, my brother who try to be success, and the people who kindly to help us, and thanks god we can feel the happiness.
